shrimp and asparagus salad

I take this opportunity to make a small salad of asparagus accompanied why not shrimp. this salad is seasoned with olive oil, lemon and sprinkled with parsley.

       For 2 people
  •  250G green asparagus To learn how to clean and cook the asparagus here
  • 125 shrimp (raw for me)     
  • 1 c-a-(15 mL) chopped parsley
  • 1 c-a-(15 mL) lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pepper and Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

 -Clean and cook asparagus in boiling salted water for 5 minutes (they must remain crunchy). 

-Using a slotted spoon remove the asparagus and cool.
-In the same water shrimp dip, if its pre-cooked remove after 1 minute, if they are believed to boil 2-3 minutes or until done.
-Cut the asparagus into thin layer on the diagonal and let the whole point.
-Remove shrimp and place in a bowl.
-Place in a bowl and shrimp.
-Meanwhile prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients (add more lemon juice if necessary), salt and pepper.
-Pour over asparagus and shrimp, sprinkle with chopped parsley and feta cheese.
